In its sixth edition, the Chairman’s Awards for Advancements in Accessibility (Chairman’s AAA), part of the FCC’s Accessibility and Innovation Initiative (A&I Initiative), honors outstanding private and public sector ventures that advance accessibility for persons with disabilities. Ventures include mainstream or assistive technologies introduced into the marketplace, development of standards, and implementation of best practices that foster accessibility. After the ceremony, winners will have the opportunity to share their innovations during a “winner-mixer” with all Summit attendees.
